Prediction:

I definitly think now that Winston is aware of Mr. Charrington's part in the thought police, he will do anything to protect Julia and his relationship by becoming very violent and eventually getting killed or killing people. But before Winstons death, I believe that he is going to convince the proles to revolt against the Party and make it a free place. After that has happened i think Julia will find another man to be with in this "free world" that reminds her of Winston. She will live through a feminine woman who wears makeup but will also live through Winston.
